caught this little guy (or girl) in one of the most primitive ways possible... luring it into a cat carrier with tuna, and pulling the door shut with a string as soon as it was inside. Spazzed out for about 15 seconds then calmed down
Stupid way to catch a feral cat, but hey..at least it worked I will be putting out proper traps (those cage-like live traps for coons and other varmints) soon for the other two though. The cat carrier thing was only a one time deal.
I realize taking one and leaving the other two is stressful on them, but this wasn't a planned catch. It started as a test to see if the kittens would even go near the carrier..but once one was in, instinct kicked in and i pulled that door shut and locked it. The other two wouldn't go near it while this one was walking in.

Anyways, we're currently keeping him/her in my dog's old cage outside on the patio with towels and such over the cage to keep rain/dew out and towels and a stuffed cat in the cage to keep him/her warm..and of course the necessary litter, food/water, etc.

Also kitty feetpaws <3 It's a tuxedo with white legs and black splotches on each of it's heels. so cute <3 We still have yet to determine if it's a male or female. That will come tomorrow when it's light out and i begin to work on taming this little one.
